1. Provide oversight of all field operations in order to construct a quality project within budget and time constraints.
2. Provide balance between estimating and construction operations to minimize the ebb and flow of construction.
3. Minimum Education - BS in Civil Engineering
Estimator The basic function of the Estimator is to:
1. Prepare accurate and on time bid prices for jobs by interpreting job specifications and drawings, compiling a materials list, needed equipment and calculating the amount of labor required to do the necessary functions to complete the job.
2. Accurate use of HCSS Estimating Software
3. Accurate use of Paydirt Software for Quantity Take Offs
4. Minimum Education - Technical Degree in Civil Engineering or 5 years experience
